RECOMMENDED USES
For interior and exterior applications. Monocouche provides an ideal decorative finish to precast concrete areas. It is
suitable for application on gypsum board, plaster, mortars….
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose materials.
Water blast cleaning is the preferred method of preparation and special attention should be paid to moss and lichen,
these areas should be treated with Fungicidal Wash.
Oil and grease should be removed.

PRIMING / THINNING/ APPLYING
Prime the surface with coarse textured waterproof with a 20 % dilution depending on the surface condition.
Apply one coat of monocouche with a trowel to have a uniform textured finish. Thickness of paints film depends on
condition of surface.
Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
