BETON FLUID PRONTO and is a special mortar that, when mixed with water, provide an anti-shrinkage injection grout, when mixed with suitable grain-size cure and water, is used to make grout and/or unsegregated shrinkage compensating liquid concrete with very high mechanical resistance and excellent pump ability.
Application Fields :
BETON FLUID PRONTO when mixed with water only, produces anti-shrinkage injection mortar to consolidate concrete, masonry and stone structures. It provides restorations with filling to thickness from 2 to 20 mm (width) and from 2 to 20 cm (depth). BETON FLUID PRONTO is used to repair the structure of concrete elements such as:
• concrete slabs and decks;
• coatings of hydraulic structures subject to abrasion;
• special items.
• for fixing balustrades in U shaped channels.

Tips :
• Do not apply the product at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.
• Use cold water in summer and water at approximately 20°C in winter.
• Do not add any other materials to the mix such as cement, plaster, lime, etc.
• Do not add water once the mix starts to set.
• Do not wet the surface of the cast.
• Store in a dry place, protected from heat in summer and frost in winter.
